Our company delivered the products to the place of loading as it was agreed in the contract. The buyer did no show up and did not collect the goods. We faced serious losses.
Later the same company contacted us again with another order and promises to cover the losses from the first contract. We signed the second contract, received 50% prepayment and delivered the goods. Then the buyer disappeared. We never received the remaining amount and the buyer has no intention to pay us.Â
