We made a contract with a company from Ukraine for delivery of timber to China. One container was delivered but the quality of the product was poor and we received a claim from the Chinese buyer. The claim was accepted by the supplier.
To compensate the loss to the Chinese buyer we made another contract with the same supplier for the delivery of two containes of timber products at a lower price and transferred the prepayment. The goods were not delivered, our prepayment is kept by the seller, the company is hiding and started to work directly with our Chinese partner.
We need assistance with returning of our money.
